The Role

Assort Health is changing how health systems connect patients with care through AI. We’re hiring a Senior Agent Strategy Manager, Health Systems to lead some of our largest and most complex customer partnerships.

You’ll work with executive, operational, clinical, and technology leaders to improve patient access and organizational performance. You’ll own each relationship from launch through renewal and expansion while coordinating the teams responsible for delivering results.

You should bring deep experience from healthcare or health tech and understand how provider organizations operate.

What You’ll Do

• Guide complex relationships from launch through adoption, renewal, and expansion.
• Define customer goals, success measures, risks, growth opportunities, and plans for delivering ROI.
• Build trust across executive, operational, clinical, and technology stakeholders.
• Coordinate governance, decisions, timelines, and workstreams across Assort and the customer.
• Translate customer needs into clear feedback for Implementation, Product, and Engineering.
• Travel up to 25% for executive meetings, presentations, and onsite partnership work.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years working in healthcare or health tech.
• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Implementation, or a related strategic role.
• Experience owning complex accounts across adoption, retention, renewal, and expansion.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, patient access, and provider organizations.
• Strong executive communication and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Experience leading programs across multiple teams, priorities, and workstreams.
• Strong product aptitude, sound judgment, and comfort working independently.

Nice to Haves

• Experience helping customers adopt AI, automation, or other emerging technology.
• Experience building customer programs or operating processes from the ground up.
• Experience at an early-stage startup or rapidly growing company.
