About the role:

We’re hiring our first operations leader to help Coframe scale. You’ll own finance and business operations, working closely with our CEO, go-to-market, talent, and customer-facing teams. You’ll oversee accounting and build the processes that connect how we sell, contract, bill, collect, and report on our business.

You’ll be the person who notices when a deal has stalled between signature and billing, a renewal needs an owner, or a critical process has no clear handoff, then brings the right people together to fix it. You’ll own the details while building systems that prevent the same issues from recurring. You’ll bring structure to work that spans teams, improve the systems we rely on, and take point on key initiatives as the business grows.

What you’ll do:

Finance and accounting:

• Own the accuracy and timeliness of the monthly close, AP/AR, billing, and collections, overseeing accounting work and external partners as needed.
• Establish revenue recognition practices and financial controls for a software and services business with enterprise contracts.
• Manage cash, banking, and treasury operations.
• Coordinate tax, entity, and corporate compliance across our US and international entities with outside specialists.
• Build financial reporting for leadership and the board, and support budgeting, forecasting, and audit readiness.

Revenue and business operations:

• Own and improve the processes connecting sales, contracting, invoicing, collections, renewals, and expansion.
• Run contract operations and deal desk, including order forms, approvals, and the handoff from signed deal to billing.
• Build reliable reporting on core SaaS metrics, including ARR, pipeline, renewals, expansion, and revenue performance.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success on revenue forecasting, commission plans, partner payments, and the operational details of enterprise customer relationships.
• Improve data quality and process consistency across our CRM, billing, finance, and reporting systems.
• Take point on high-priority initiatives that span teams, turning ambiguous problems into clear plans and driving them through completion.

Company operations:

• Partner with the People team on office and facilities operations, and oversee company vendors and insurance.
• Support board and governance processes and manage relationships with outside counsel and advisors.
• Coordinate customer security, compliance, and vendor review processes with the relevant internal teams.

You may be a fit if you have:

• 5+ years of experience across finance, accounting, business operations, or revenue operations, including experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Strong accounting foundations, including experience with revenue recognition, the monthly close, and financial controls.
• A working understanding of recurring revenue models, quote-to-cash processes, and SaaS metrics such as ARR, renewals, and expansion.
• Experience overseeing accounting work and external partners, with the judgment to review their work and remain accountable for the outcome.
• Strong analytical and systems skills, including building dependable forecasts, reports, and operating dashboards.
• Experience improving workflows across CRM, billing, and finance systems.
• A builder’s mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work across functions and earn the trust of senior leaders.
• Bonus: Experience with enterprise deal desk or sales operations, or a CPA.
