About the Role
We are looking for highly organized RFP & Proposal Managers to help our sales team develop high-quality responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and related customer questionnaires.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently manage the complete proposal process—from reviewing requirements and coordinating with internal teams to drafting, editing, and submitting a compelling final response. The ideal candidate understands enterprise sales, writes clearly, manages deadlines rigorously, and can work across multiple stakeholders with minimal supervision.

What You’ll Do

• Own RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and customer questionnaires from initial review through final submission.
• Review requirements, identify mandatory criteria, and create a clear response plan.
• Partner with sales leaders to understand the opportunity, customer priorities, competitive landscape, and win strategy.
• Coordinate inputs from product, engineering, security, legal, finance, implementation, and other subject-matter experts.
• Draft clear, persuasive, and customer-specific responses rather than relying solely on generic content.
• Manage timelines, assignments, reviews, approvals, and submission requirements.
• Ensure every response is accurate, complete, consistent, and aligned with the customer’s evaluation criteria.
• Identify missing information and proactively follow up with the appropriate stakeholders.
• Edit technical and business content for clarity, tone, grammar, and consistency.
• Prepare executive summaries, company profiles, solution descriptions, case studies, and implementation narratives.
• Maintain an organized library of approved answers, supporting documents, templates, and reusable content.
• Track open proposals, deadlines, outcomes, and common reasons for wins and losses.
• Improve the RFP process by introducing effective templates, workflows, and quality-control practices.
• Manage multiple time-sensitive proposals without compromising quality.

What You Have

• Experience in proposal management, RFP responses, bid management, sales enablement, presales, enterprise sales, or a related role.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex, deadline-driven projects.
• Excellent written English, editing, and business communication skills.
• Strong understanding of B2B or enterprise sales processes.
• Ability to translate technical or complex information into clear, persuasive customer-facing language.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex submission instructions.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams and cross-functional subject-matter experts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Workspace, and common collaboration tools.
• Sound judgment and the confidence to challenge incomplete, unclear, or weak responses.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and remain composed under tight deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Experience responding to enterprise, government, or regulated-industry RFPs.
• Familiarity with proposal-management or RFP automation platforms.
• Experience with security questionnaires, due-diligence requests, and procurement processes.
• Knowledge of structured proposal methodologies or formal bid-management practices.
• Experience building and maintaining an RFP content library.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
