Sales Manager, Enterprise & Strategic

TL;DR - We're hiring a leader to own and scale Lovable's Enterprise & Strategic sales organization in the US. You'll lead a team responsible for our largest and most complex customers, building the talent, operating rigor, account strategy, executive engagement, and deal execution required to consistently win and expand within the world's leading enterprises.

This role is responsible for raising the standard of strategic selling at Lovable. You'll develop exceptional AEs, create predictability across pipeline and forecast, establish deep executive relationships with our most important customers, and help turn Lovable's extraordinary market pull into a durable enterprise growth engine.

You'll inherit meaningful momentum, an existing team, and a rapidly evolving enterprise motion. Your job is to build on that foundation and create an elite, predictable Enterprise & Strategic sales organization.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years in enterprise B2B sales, including 4+ years leading Enterprise, Strategic, or named-account teams in high-growth SaaS, developer platforms, infrastructure, or AI-adjacent technology.
• A demonstrated track record of leading teams to consistently achieve ambitious revenue targets across complex, high-ACV enterprise sales cycles.
• Proven ability to build and develop high-performing sales teams. You have recruited exceptional talent, accelerated ramp, retained top performers, coached individual skill gaps, and raised the performance bar across a team.
• Deep experience creating pipeline and winning strategic accounts. You know how to build teams that proactively engage high-value accounts, develop executive relationships, multi-thread complex organizations, and convert opportunities into durable customer relationships.
• Strong command of complex enterprise deal execution. You have led teams through multi-stakeholder buying processes spanning business leaders, technical buyers, security, procurement, legal, economic buyers, and executive leadership.
• Strong operating discipline. You know how to create predictability through pipeline generation, territory and account planning, deal inspection, forecasting, performance management, and a consistent weekly operating cadence.
• Exceptional business acumen and executive presence. You can help sellers connect Lovable to a customer's strategic priorities, understand how a business operates, quantify impact, and confidently engage senior executives.
• A strong coaching orientation. You know when to teach, when to challenge, when to inspect, and when to get involved directly, without taking ownership of the deal away from the AE.
• High intellectual curiosity and learning agility. AI and the way software is built are evolving quickly. You are energized by learning, challenging your own assumptions, and translating what you learn into better execution for the team.
• High EQ, low ego, and high accountability. You communicate clearly, build trust quickly, hold a high bar, and create an environment where people feel supported and accountable for delivering exceptional work.
• Genuine fluency with AI tools in your day-to-day workflow. You actively use AI to improve how you think, operate, analyze, communicate, and lead.
• A belief that great strategic account management extends far beyond closing the initial transaction. The goal is to become embedded in the customer's priorities, drive meaningful adoption and value, and create the foundation for long-term expansion.
• Preferred: Experience selling developer tools, infrastructure, or AI platforms to technical buyers such as CTOs, CIOs, Engineering leaders, Product leaders, alongside business, security, procurement, and executive stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Own the Enterprise & Strategic number. Build and execute the operating plan required to consistently deliver against ambitious revenue targets, with clear ownership of the people, pipeline, forecast, and execution behind the number.
• Build, develop, and retain an elite team. Recruit exceptional Enterprise and Strategic AEs, accelerate their development, coach against individual skill gaps, challenge top performers, and create a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Drive predictable pipeline generation. Establish clear expectations and inspection across PQA, inbound, proactive account development, executive engagement, partners, events, and other channels required to create sufficient high-quality pipeline.
• Raise the standard of strategic selling. Coach the team across account strategy, discovery, executive engagement, business value, multi-threading, competitive positioning, deal strategy, negotiation, and commercial execution.
• Build a disciplined strategic account motion. Ensure our highest-potential accounts have strong points of view, clear account strategies, stakeholder maps, executive engagement plans, partner plays, and identified paths to expansion.
• Lead complex deal execution. Inspect strategic opportunities early and often, surface risk before it becomes a problem, help teams navigate complex buying organizations, and bring leadership involvement where it materially improves the outcome.
• Create forecast predictability. Maintain a clear and defensible view of the current quarter and future quarters, with disciplined inspection of opportunity health, customer engagement, next steps, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Build executive relationships with our most important customers and prospects. Establish credibility with senior leaders, deepen our understanding of their priorities, and help position Lovable as a strategic platform for how their organizations build software.
• Operate through data and insight. Use performance data, customer signals, pipeline patterns, win/loss insights, and market feedback to continually improve where the team spends its time and how it executes.
• Partner deeply across Lovable. Work closely with Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Enablement, RevOps, and leadership to remove friction, improve our enterprise motion, and turn field learning into company advantage.
• Represent the voice of the market internally. Develop a strong point of view on what Enterprise and Strategic customers need, what is preventing them from moving faster, and where Lovable can differentiate as the category evolves.

Projects you'll tackle first:

• Assess the Enterprise & Strategic business across people, pipeline, accounts, process, and performance. Develop a clear point of view on what's working, where the largest opportunities exist, and where we need to raise the bar.
• Build deep relationships with the team. Understand each AE's strengths, development opportunities, accounts, pipeline, and motivations, then establish clear coaching and performance priorities.
• Sharpen our highest-value account strategy. Ensure the team is focused on the right Enterprise and Strategic accounts with clear prioritization, account POVs, stakeholder strategies, and paths to engagement.
• Establish a rigorous operating cadence. Create consistency across pipeline generation, forecasting, deal inspection, account planning, skills coaching, and performance management.
• Engage with our most important customers and prospects. Build firsthand understanding of why enterprises adopt Lovable, what prevents broader adoption, how executives think about AI and software creation, and where our story needs to evolve.
• Partner with the broader GTM organization to identify the highest-leverage opportunities for growth. Align Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Enablement, Customer Success, and RevOps around the actions that will most materially improve enterprise performance.
• Develop the next phase of the Enterprise & Strategic organization. Based on what you learn, establish a clear view of talent needs, territory and account design, capacity, pipeline requirements, and the capabilities required to scale.
