People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.

We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, past $15M ARR, with an 80+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our new New York office.

About The Role

We're hiring an SMB Account Executive in New York to run our high-velocity sales motion across North America. This is a volume seat: short cycles, fast decisions, and a lot of deals in flight at once. You'll generate a large share of your own pipeline and work alongside the SDR team on the rest, then take every deal from first conversation to close.

You'll be one of the early sales hires in our US office, working side by side with the founding NYC team. This is a role for someone who prospects as seriously as they close.

What You'll Do

• Own and run the full sales cycle from discovery and demo through to close across a high volume of SMB accounts in North America
• Generate your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, and partner with the SDR team on coverage across your patch
• Run efficient, repeatable discovery and demos that get a prospect to a decision quickly
• Keep your CRM clean and your forecast honest across a large number of concurrent deals
• Feed what you learn on calls back into product, marketing, and the sales playbook. At this stage, your input shapes how we sell.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in a quota-carrying, full-cycle closing role in B2B SaaS
• A consistent track record of hitting quota in a high-volume, short-cycle motion
• A self-starter on pipeline generation: you have built your own and can point to deals that came from your own prospecting
• Sharp communication and a natural ability to tell the story of a new category simply
• Comfortable with high activity levels and running many deals at once without letting things slip
• Highly coachable, and quick to apply feedback from one call to the next

Bonus Points

• Experience selling SEO, analytics, or martech software
• Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment
• Experience with outbound tooling such as Clay, Apollo, or similar
• You already know what GEO and AEO stand for.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,500 annually with anticipated on-target earnings being $200,000-$241,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors including the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, in accordance with applicable New York law.
