ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Product Manager to help drive the next creative leap at Pika. In this high-impact, hands-on role, you'll help shape the core experience of our generative AI platform, empowering millions of creators to bring bold ideas to life with powerful, intuitive tools. WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own the roadmap and lead projects from initial idea to launch for a key area of our creative platform.

- Work closely with talented engineers, designers, and researchers to turn visionary ideas and AI advancements into delightful user experiences.

- Define and track success metrics, using data, feedback, and creative insights to uncover what creators really need next.

- Connect directly with creators and the Pika community to understand how generative AI inspires—and how we can go even further.

- Write clear specs, rally the team, and help lead projects in our fast-moving, collaborative environment.

- Collaborate smoothly across teams to align stakeholders and deliver great results.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 4+ years of product management experience in creative-tech, consumer platforms, or innovative startups.

- Proven track record of shipping impactful features with minimal guidance, anticipating creative needs before they arise.

- Strong product sense and creative instincts—especially when working in uncharted or ambiguous areas.

- Great communicator who inspires teams and fosters collaboration through clear, concise writing and conversation.

- Genuine excitement about the creative revolution enabled by generative AI—and a drive to explore where it can take us next.

- Responsible, organized, and able to juggle priorities while staying on top of every detail.

- Enjoys building relationships and working across different teams to make things happen.

- Passionate about products that empower creative people and help them do their best work.

BONUS POINTS

- Experience with consumer, media-rich, or collaborative creation products.

- Thrives in 0–1 or “blank page” startup environments.

- Technical fluency or the ability to collaborate closely with engineering on creative tradeoffs.
