The Role

As a Technical Product Manager II, you will drive Nimble’s Cloud Logistics products forward - primarily our software which powers the warehouse operations team. This includes our in-house WMS, built to run Nimble's robotic fulfillment warehouses, where general-purpose superhumanoid robots handle storage, picking, packing, and sorting. You’ll be working on problems related to inventory tracking, order management, inbound receiving, pick/pack/sort task optimization, warehouse throughput optimization, robotic fulfillment system integration, etc. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including warehouse operations team, customer success, engineering, QA, and leadership to define product requirements and user stories for  innovative and scalable solutions. Nimble embraces the use of AI coding agents (i.e. Claude Code) so non-engineers can contribute directly to the product. You will also test your product’s features to make sure initial go live succeeds.

Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering: Work with customer success, engineering, QA, leadership, operations team, and business operations team to gather and evaluate business, operations and integration requirements

Data Analysis: Analyze data and define metrics (KPIs) to study the expected impact of your features vs the actual outcome. Iterate on these insights to drive your roadmap
