Senior Technical Partner Marketing Manager

SambaNova is a leader in next-generation AI infrastructure, delivering a full-stack inference platform for customers worldwide. At the core of SambaNova's technology is the RDU (Reconfigurable Dataflow Unit) — a chip built on a dataflow architecture rather than the traditional GPU model. Its decode performance is especially strong for agentic workloads like multi-turn agents, code generation, and long-running applications. RDUs are packaged into SambaRack, rack-scale hardware that lets customers deploy state-of-the-art models with better performance, greater energy efficiency, and faster time to value.

SambaNova is hiring a Senior Technical Partner Marketing Manager to turn relationships across the ML and AI ecosystem into differentiated joint solutions, clear “better together” stories, and repeatable go-to-market programs. This role will work across model-serving and open-source frameworks, silicon and infrastructure, cloud and inference platforms, model providers, developer tools, and AI application platforms to show how combined technologies create greater value for developers and enterprise customers.

About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of Partner Engineering, Developer Relations, Product Marketing, Alliances, Product, and go-to-market. You will identify the strongest joint value propositions by ecosystem segment, translate integrations and shared roadmaps into credible technical stories, and bring those stories to market through reference architectures, demos, launches, content, and field programs. The right candidate can go deep enough on an integration to define why it matters, align independent organizations around a shared narrative, and build a coordinated GTM motion that creates adoption and business value for both sides.

Responsibilities

• Develop segment-specific partner strategies across model-serving and open-source frameworks, silicon and accelerators, cloud and inference providers, model providers, data and developer platforms, AI tooling, and application ecosystems
• Define differentiated “better together” value propositions that explain the customer and developer outcomes created by each class of integration
• Turn partner integrations into reference architectures, validated demos, solution briefs, tutorials, benchmarks, presentations, and field enablement
• Build and execute joint go-to-market plans with clear audiences, use cases, messaging, assets, launch sequences, field motions, and measures of success
• Partner closely with Alliances, Engineering, Product, Developer Relations, Product Marketing, Sales, and partner teams to define shared priorities, responsibilities, and deliverables
• Lead the content and readiness workstream for partner launches, ensuring technical claims, demonstrations, and proof points are accurate and reviewable
• Create reusable segment playbooks that help SambaNova evaluate opportunities and scale successful partner motions across the ML and AI ecosystem
• Support technical workshops, partner briefings, field meetings, campaigns, events, webinars, and executive engagements with tailored demos and clear talk tracks
• Gather ecosystem feedback and competitive insight to inform product priorities, integration strategy, positioning, and future partner investments
• Track developer adoption, co-marketing performance, influenced pipeline, asset usage, partner engagement, and customer outcomes; use results to improve the GTM strategy

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in partner marketing, technical product marketing, developer marketing, solutions architecture, strategic alliances, or a closely related role
• Technical fluency in AI infrastructure, model serving, inference, open-source software, cloud platforms, silicon, developer tools, or data center systems
• Experience building joint value propositions and executing coordinated go-to-market programs with technology partners
• Ability to understand an integration deeply enough to create credible technical content, demonstrations, positioning, and enablement
• Strong program management and stakeholder leadership across internal teams and independent partner organizations
• Excellent writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills for developer, partner, field, and enterprise audiences
• High ownership, sound judgment, and comfort independently balancing technical accuracy, partner priorities, and launch timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working across multiple ML and AI ecosystem segments, such as model-serving frameworks, silicon, cloud infrastructure, model platforms, developer tools, or AI applications
• Hands-on familiarity with reference architectures, proofs of concept, benchmarking, workload optimization, integration testing, or OpenAI-compatible APIs
• Experience supporting joint launches, executive events, developer programs, customer proof, and partner or sales enablement
• A track record of turning a technical integration into measurable adoption, engagement, influenced pipeline, or customer value
• Experience creating repeatable partner playbooks or scaling a successful joint GTM motion across a broader ecosystem segment
